Saks Financial is a California Real Estate Broker specializing in arranging Private Lender loans on real estate,  primarily in Southern California. The funding for all loans we arrange come from Private Investors. 

Our purpose is to help people acquire the funds needed to attain their real estate development and business goals. We will take the time to listen to your needs and do our best to get you where you want to go. We arrange loans on commercial properties, homes, Apartments, Office Buildings, Land, Mixed Use Properties, Gas Stations, Auto Repair Facilities, Churches, and more. Any real estate with sufficient equity to loan you money may be collateral.. Of course we also need to understand your business plan and exit strategy. 

If for example you wanted to buy a piece of real estate to perhaps rehab and sell, and that was your line of business, we may be the right source for you. If you own a shopping center or other type of real estate and need a short term 2nd Trust Deed we may be able to help. If you are in trouble on a piece of property due to payment arrears, foreclosure, or even in bankruptcy, we may still be able to help you. 

We do not arrange loans to purchase or refinance owner occupied homes. We do not arrange loans for consumer purposes.
